HOME BASED CARE (HBC) PROGRAM

Home Based Caregivers visit the bedridden and provide palliative care. This program is highly valued with plans to expand.  Vital to HBC is bringing medicine, and providing food and care for women and destitute families.

• Urgent mobile care and nutrition 
• Training of teachers and community leaders on HBC to care for children who are HIV+
• Pre- and post-HIV counseling and support groups
• Counseling for families to stay together and to cope with the illness, treatment and suffering that comes with HIV/AIDS
